Rush Strategy: Stim Pack Smoothie

Stim Pack Smoothie (Kiwi Green Smoothie)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: <5 minutes
Difficulty: Bronze League



UNIT COMPOSITION
  1. 1/2 cup of Soy Milk
  2. 2 - 3 whole Kiwis
  3. 1/2 Cucumber
  4. 1 Granny Smith Apple
BUILD ORDER

OPENING--

  1. Remove the skins from the kiwis with a vegetable peeler. Chop kiwis.
  2. Chop apples and cucumber.
  3. Place all apples, cucumber and kiwi in a blender.
  4. Add soy milk.
  5. Blend.
And you're done!
