+1 Carapace Salmon

Herb Crusted Salmon with Lemon Garlic Spinach and Brown Rice

Morph you drone into an evolution chambers and give your salmon an upgrade! This simple recipe will be sure to impress even the most stubborn Roach.

+1 Carapace Salmon (Herb Crusted Salmon with Lemon Garlic Spinach and Brown Rice)

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: ~30 minutes (mostly for the rice)
Difficulty: Gold

UNIT COMPOSITION



  1. Salt
  2. Pepper
  3. Olive Oil
  4. Crushed Garlic
  5. Lemon
  6. 1 tablespoon of Parsley
  7. 1 tablespoon of Oregano
  8. 1 tablespoon of Rosemary
  9. 1 cup of Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  10. 2 Skinned Salmon Fillets (6oz - 8oz in size)*
  11. 1/2 cup of Brown Rice
  12. 1/4 cup of Crimini Mushrooms
  13. 3 cups of Spinach

BUILD ORDER
OPENING --
  1. Wash your rice.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add in rice.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer and let rice cook for about 25-30 minutes. 
  5. Chop up your Crimini mushrooms.
  6. Sautee mushrooms with a little olive oil on high heat.
  7. Remove mushrooms from heat and add to finished rice.
MID GAME --
  1. Wash spinach.
  2. Boil spinach until done.
  3. Strain spinach.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Add in 1 teaspoon of garlic.
  6. Add in juice from 1/2 of a lemon.
  7. Toss garlic and lemon through the spinach.
LATE GAME --
  1. Salt and pepper your salmon.
  2. Combine 1 teaspoon of garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  3. Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, rosemary, oregano and parsley into a shallow dish.

  5. Dredge your salmon fillets in the bread crumb mixture. Bread each side.

  6. Add olive oil into a hot skillet.
  7. When oil is hot, place breaded salmon fillets into the pan.
  8. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  9. Plate salmon with spinach, rice and a lemon wedge.
