Cook Time: ~35min

UNIT COMPOSITION

  1. Salt
  2. Pepper
  3. Olive Oil
  4. 1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
  5. 1 table spoon Sesame Oil
  6. Sesame Seeds
  7. 1/2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  8. 1/2 tablespoon Crushed Garlic
  9. 1/2 tablespoon Crushed Ginger
  10. 1 1/2 lbs of top sirloin steak
  11. 1 large yellow onion
  12. 1 1/2 cups of cheese (soy cheese pictured)
  13. Whole Wheat Tortillas
  14. Cilantro
  15. Green Onions
  16. 1 Cup Brown Rice
  17. Kimchi
  18. Red Cabbage

BUILD ORDER
OPENING--

  1. Slice your raw top sirloin into thin strips.
  2. Place a freezer plastic bag in a bowl (you can skip this step if you don't want to put the marinade in a bag).
  3. Pour the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil into the bag.
  4. Place your sliced sirloin in the marinade and let marinate for at least 2 hours... Marinating over night would be best. This can all be done the day before!

MID GAME--
  1. Chop onions, cilantro and green onions. Reserve half of the cilantro and green onions
  2. Boil 1 cup of brown rice.
  3. Chop about 1/2 cup of kimchi.
  4. When brown rice is done, add in some cilantro, green onions and kimchi.
LATE GAME --

  1. Add olive oil pan and set pan to high heat.
  2. When pan is hot, sautee onions. Season onions.
  3. Remove onions from heat.
  4. Take marinated beef and place in hot pan.
  5. Add sesame seeds and pepper.
  6. Cook beef for about 5-7minutes, or until done.
  7. Add in cilantro and green onions.
  8. Add onions back into the pan and mix with the beef. Remove from heat.
  9. Take two paper towels and dampen them with water.
  10. Place a tortilla between the damp paper towels and microwave the tortilla for 15 seconds.
  11. Place kimchi rice, beef, onions, red cabbage and cheese on top of the tortilla. Wrap tortilla.
And you're done!
This recipe yields about 6 burritos.

Are you looking to become gosu in TvP? Check out the Day[9] Daily #396 in Meching in TvP!

The mech build is pretty fun in TvP... Definitely a nice breath of fresh air for someone (like myself) who just goes Bio every TvP match.
